Find Your Weigh Out - A Non-Diet Approach to Weight Management This 4 week class, run by Student Health Dietitians, will teach you how to: - Balance your meals and minimize food cravings. - Respond to hunger without over-doing it. - Manage emotions that can lead to overeating.
