Are you an emotional eater, a chronic dieter, or are you just plain confused about what to eat?
Want to learn about nutrition in a supportive group environment?

Find Your Weigh Out - A Non-Diet Approach to Weight Management

This 4 week class, run by Student Health Dietitians, will teach you how to:
- Balance your meals and minimize food cravings.
- Respond to hunger without over-doing it.
- Manage emotions that can lead to overeating.

Wednesdays, 12-1pm, Starting October 29th
All sessions are held in the Student Health Conference Room.
